Prices published on the website, payments, invoices and orders are in Euros. TERMS OF PAYMENT: – PayPal payment or Bank Transfer.
By choosing the PAYPAL payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account or with any credit card. DALALEO SRL reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will receive an email with the data needed to make the payment, we will send only after receiving information from our bank sending the goods purchased at the address you will notify us.
Our customers can reserve items, whose arrival will be communicated based on the time of realization. These purchases are called Pre-Orders. DALALEO SRL will charge the credit card at the time of purchase of the Pre-order, although the shipment will take place later. In the event that the order in advance is not subsequently available, the amount paid will be credited back to the Customer’s PayPal account. In case of payment with PayPal the charge is made on the same day of the order.
SHIPPING METHODS: The cost of shipping in Italy is € 10.00 (San Marino and Vatican City excluded). As required by the laws governing trade, all DALALEO SRL shipments are accompanied by a receipt that declares the value of individual items in euros. For items on sale the receipt shows the discounted amounts.
AVAILABLE ITEMS: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING. The orders of already available items are shipped on the first working day following that one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of goods availability and the payment validation. In all cases DALALEO SRL reserves the right to postpone delivery in case of events due to force majeure. ARTICLES IN PRE-ORDER: SHIPPING WILL BE MADE UPON GOODS AVAILABILITY IN STORE Orders of articles in Pre-Order are shipped as soon as the articles are available. The amount is charged from the PayPal account card on the day of Pre-order receipt, although the shipment actually takes place later in the season.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. DALALEO SRL packs are carefully packed with DALALEO SRL packaging. If for any reason the package appears tampered with, Customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact DALALEO SRL at firstname.lastname@example.org. All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with DALALEO SRL and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to customer-dependent reasons (incorrect address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the reimbursement due to the customer.
DALALEO SRL shipments are insured for free against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days from the date of shipment.
- To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address email@example.com within 10 days of receiving the order. In the e-mail must be specified the codes of the items that you intend to return and the desired compensation: exchange or refund. Once the return request has been received, DALALEO SRL will send the Customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization.
- The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by DALALEO SRL. The Return Authorization must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization e-mail received from the Returns Department DALALEO SRL (the courier will carry a waybill when the parcel is collected).
- The shipment of the replaced item will be charged to the customer for the amount of € 10.00
- The customer can choose 2 types of compensation: Change. You can change it with another item, if available. Only one free goods change is allowed for each authorized return. Refund. Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed. For orders paid by Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account reduced by the return shipping costs.
- The return of the item must be received at the headquarters of DALALEO SRL within 10 days of the written authorization to the Customer by the Returns Department.
