The prices published on the website, payments, invoices and orders are in Euro. FORMS OF PAYMENT: PayPal Payment. By choosing the PAYPAL method of payment the customer can pay directly through his/her own Paypal account. DALALEO SRL reserves the right to ship the goods uniquely to the address indicated on the account that has been verified by Paypal.
Our Customers can reserve items, whose arrival is scheduled for the following months. These purchases are called Pre-Orders.
DALALEO SRL will charge your credit card at the time of the Pre-order, although the shipment actually takes place later in the season.
In the event that the order in advance subsequently cannot be handled, the paid amount will be credited back to the customer’s PayPal account.
In case of payment through PayPal the customer is charged on the same day of the order.
SHIPMENT TERMS: Shipping to Italy, Austria, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are free for any order from € 100.00.
For orders whose amount is lower than € 100.00 the shipment cost is € 10,00 for Italy (San Marino and the Vatican City excluded), Austria, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
For all other countries of the European Union the rate indicated in the online form will be applied.
As required by the rules of trade, all DALALEO SRL shipments are accompanied by a receipt stating the value of each individual items in Euro. For any items on sale the receipt shows the discounted amounts.
AVAILABLE ITEMS: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING.
The orders of already available items are shipped on the first working day following that one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of goods availability and the payment validation. In all cases DALALEO SRL reserves the right to postpone delivery in case of events due to force majeure.
ARTICLES IN PRE-ORDER: SHIPPING WILL BE MADE UPON GOODS AVAILABILITY IN STORE Orders of articles in Pre-Order are shipped as soon as the articles are available. The amount is charged from the PayPal account card on the day of Pre-order receipt, although the shipment actually takes place later in the season.
Upon goods arrival, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before putting their signature as as a confirmation of a successful delivery. DALALEO SRL packages are carefully packed with DALALEO SRL packaging. If for any reason the box looks tampered, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering of the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the carrier and contact DALALEO SRL at email@example.com
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with DALALEO SRL and therefore commit to accept their package delivery. If the parcel is not delivered because of fault or lack of information by the customer (wrong address, absent recipient, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping charges and any custom bill charges will be deducted from the refund that is due to the customer.
The DALALEO SRL shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage for free. Once the consignment arrives at destination insurance loses its validity.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his/her own order, items can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days from shipment date.
1. To request permission for any goods’ return, the customer must send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days from order’s receipt. In the e-mail all the goods codes of the items the customer wishes to return must be specified as well as the desired compensation: change or refund. Upon receipt of the return request, DALALEO SRL will send the customer a written confirmation with the ‘Return Authorization.
2. The restitution shall be made through the carrier indicated in the email sent by DALALEO SRL. The Return Authorization must be written on the consignment note, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization email received from the Returns department at DALALEO SRL (The Courier will bring a waybill at the time of package withdrawal).
3. The shipment of the replaced item will be free of charge.
4. The customer can choose between two types of compensation:
Change. You can make the change with another article, if available. Only one free of charge goods change is provided for each authorized return.
Refund. Refunds will be processed once the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned article will be made. For orders paid through PayPal the amount will be returned to the original account.
Article 5. Item restitution must be received at the offices of DALALEO SRL within 10 days upon written authorization by the Returns department to the Customer.
